HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE I SHOULD ORDER?
To find out which size is right for you, please refer to our “Size chart”, which you will find by the menu or on our product pages.
THE PRODUCT OR THE SIZE THAT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE.
If the product or the size that you want is sold out, you can write to neversobercorporate@gmail.com. Our staff will be able to give you more information about the product and a potential restock or direct you to similar products that are available in your size.
If you want to change the size of a product that you have already received and the size that you want is not available, you will receive a coupon of the same value as the product purchased. You can use the coupon within 1 year from the day you have received it.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?
You can pay by Credit Card/Prepaid Card or with Satyspay and PayPal.
CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay on delivery.
SHIPPING
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
For orders lower than €100 the shipping cost €8.
For orders higher than €100 the shipping is free.
The shipping in Europe cost €20, and the free shipping is available for orders higher than €200.
The orders made by Countries Extra-Europe may be susceptible to tax and customs duty. This will be required by the courier at the moment of the delivery. They can vary widely from country to country. Taxes and duties are not under control so we cannot predict what it might be.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We ship orders in 48h from the receiving of the payment (excluding the orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday: this will be shipped on the next Monday).
Generally, our orders are delivered in 48h in Italy, except for the Islands, where it can take one day more.
For orders made by Countries Extra-Europe, it depends on the courier. Anyway, we will communicate you the tracking number and you can follow your delivery on the courier website.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?
When your parcel will be shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
One the parcel has been passed onto the courier, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing orders, that will be under the responsibility of the courier.
RETURNS AND CHANGES
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you received the parcel. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an explicit statement to neversobercorporate@gmail.com.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, a check will be carried out to ensure that the product is in conformity with how it was sent, never worn and with the tag attached. You will then be reimbursed for all payments you have made, including shipping costs (excluding the costs you incurred in returning the package) within and no later than 14 days of receipt of the package.
Products that are damaged or used in a way other than strictly necessary are excluded from the right of withdrawal. In any case, the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to:
- goods made to measure or clearly customized
- goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons.
WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?
If you want to return all or part of your order the cost of returning will be at your expense.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF AN ITEM ALREADY RECEIVED?
Yes, you can change the size of an item already received. The item that you want to change must be delivered to us in the same conditions that you received it, unused and with the price tag on it. You can write to us that you want to change the size of an item within 48h from the day that you received it.
To change the size, please write to us at neversobercorporate@gmail.com specifying:
- Name and Surname
- Order Number
- Product and NEW SIZE THAT YOU WANT TO RECEIVE.
The shipping costs will be at your own expense. When the parcel has returned to us, we will send you a confirmation email and then we will send you the product in the new size.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I ORDERED.
If you have received an item defected or different from the one that you have ordered, please write to us at neversobercorporate@gmail.com specifying:
- Name and Surname
- Order Number
- A picture of the defective/different product.
In this case the shipping costs will be at our expense, and we will book the shipping for you.
We will send you a confirmation email when the parcel arrives and we will send you the new product.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE AND ASK FOR A REFUND?
Yes, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your parcel and receive a full refund of the costs you have incurred (excluding return shipping costs). Once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse, a check will be carried out to ensure that the goods conform to the original as shipped, unworn and with tags attached. You will then be reimbursed for all payments made, including delivery costs, and excluding the costs you have incurred for the return, within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons it is not possible to cancel an order. The parcel will be delivered to you. All the items can be returned to us, and the cost of returning will be at your expenses; in which case you will be reimbursed for all payments made (excluding the costs incurred in making the return) no later than 14 days after receipt of the package at our warehouse.
Please note that the products must be returned in their original condition, never worn and with tags attached.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons it is not possible to modify an order. The parcel will be delivered to you.
If you wish to add products, you will have to place a new order.
If you wish to return products, you may do so no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel. You will be responsible for the return costs. You will be reimbursed for all payments (excluding return costs) no later than 14 days after receipt of the package at our warehouse.
