RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, the product will be inspected to verify that it is:

unused

unworn
-
in the same condition as received

with the original tags attached
If the return is approved, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original shipping cost (excluding the return shipping cost paid by you).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned package has been received and verified.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products that have been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to verify their nature

custom-made or personalized products

products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
