SHIPPING COSTS
Italy
Shipping costs €5 for orders under €100.
Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.

Europe
Shipping costs €15.
Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping.

Warning
Orders shipped in some Places may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot estimate them in advance.

 

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

 

DELIVERY TIME
Italy
Delivery usually takes up to 48 hours after shipment.

Islands may require up to 72 hours.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

 

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

From the moment the package is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service.
